Brand the launcher
In Settings → Widget, set launcher text (for example “Feedback” or “Request a feature”), primary color, and welcome copy. Match your product UI so the widget feels native, not bolted on.
Placement tips
Bottom-right works for most SaaS apps. Avoid covering critical CTAs on marketing pages. On mobile, confirm the launcher does not block navigation. See the install widget guide for framework snippets.
What users see inside
The panel can include feedback, roadmap, changelog, and docs tabs depending on your plan and settings. Turn off surfaces you do not use so the experience stays focused.
Test before go-live
Submit a test item from staging, verify it appears in the board, and check public portal visibility. Then ship the snippet to production.
